Will Tazza (he/him)
President
Will is a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing alongside three minors in Psychology, and Supply Chain and Information Sciences and Technology, and Information Systems Management. As President, he leads Prime’s executive board. Outside of his involvement in Prime, Will contributes as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Center of Social Data Analytics and serves as a Community and Belonging Educator with the Center of Social Change and Belonging. Additionally, he holds positions with the Penn State American Marketing Association, University Park Undergraduate Association, and Penn State Students United Against Poverty. In the future, he is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.

Grace Brinton (she/her)
Vice President
Grace is a fourth-year marketing major and international business minor from Westerly, Rhode Island. As Vice President, she develops Prime’s semester programming calendar. Outside of Prime, she is an active member of Phi Gamma Nu, a National Retail Federation Foundation Ambassador, a Smeal Marketing Ambassador, and a Jacob’s Fellow. This summer, she interned at Burlington in their Buying Department and enjoyed working in their New Jersey and New York offices. Besides participating in her extracurriculars, Grace loves grabbing coffee, hanging out with friends, working out, watching movies and TV shows, traveling, staying updated on trends in the fashion world, and keeping up with pop culture.

Alice Crandall (she/her)
Director of Professional Development
Alice is currently a fourth-year student, her major is CIENT with Marketing as her two-piece sequence. As Director of Professional Development, she aids in the development of workshops and interactive activities for Prime Meetings. Besides Prime, she is involved in Women Founders, Fashion Society, and is a newly accepted Jacob’s Fellow. This summer, she worked as a sales associate at her local mall in Long Island, New York. Last summer, she was a digital marketing intern for NSALA, an animal shelter in NY. In her free time, Alice enjoys trying new restaurants and different foods, thrifting, painting, and styling outfits and accessories!

Lily Martin (she/her)
Public Relations Chair
Lily is a fourth-year student, currently focusing on her major in marketing while also pursuing a minor in psychology. As the Public Relations Director, Lily's responsibilities include a variety of tasks, including overseeing member recruitment and retainment, promoting Prime events, and managing the organization's official website. Beyond her involvement with Prime, she has taken on the role of social media manager and event planner with Burning Hearts and has been a part of THON throughout her time at Penn State. This past summer Lily enjoyed interning with Southeast Wisconsin Chick-fil-A as a marketing intern. Lily is looking forward to graduating in December and is excited to build a career in marketing!

Stella Yerger (she/her)
Treasurer
Stella is a fourth-year student currently pursuing her major in marketing, and a double minor in international business and psychology. As treasurer, Stella allocates finances for professional development and social events, handles membership dues, and creates the annual budget. To secure funding, she meets with the University Park Allocation Committee and the Smeal Allocation Board. Stella is a passionate and driven student who is eager to explore her career interests in digital marketing and marketing analytics.

Alina Hatfield (she/her)
Secretary
Alina is a second-year student and an intended Marketing major. As Secretary, she is responsible for sending out the weekly newsletter and measuring member engagement. Alina has loved getting involved with Prime and took the practicum course as part of the Consumer Insights team her first year. Outside of Prime, Alina is a Smeal Student Mentor and a participant in the Smeal Ethical Leadership Challenge. Her interests outside of school include working out, playing tennis/pickleball, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.

Melissa Pham (she/her)
Alumni Chair
Melissa is a third-year student majoring in Marketing and minoring in Sports Studies. As Alumni Chair, Melissa ensures that our alumni are updated with anything Prime related. She works to create the Alumni Newsletter, Alumni Book, and overall communication efforts amongst all alumni. Apart from Prime, Melissa is a Recruiting Intern for the Penn State Football team, a MKTG Ambassador for Smeal, and a MKTG 301 LA.

Abigail Morris (she/her)
Social Media Chair
Abby is a fourth-year student, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Media studies. As the Social Media Chair, she is responsible for creating promotional materials and managing social media channels for the organization. Abby joined the Prime practicum during her third-year as a member of the Creative Team. Outside of Prime, she has worked as a Marketing/Advertising intern at Lehigh Valley International Airport with an interest in digital marketing. She is looking forward to helping members with the amazing opportunities that Prime provides!

Jennifer Coupland (she/her)
Faculty Advisor
Jennifer Coupland is a Paiste Fellow in Teaching & Learning and Clinical Professor of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business Administration. In the spring semester, Jennifer teaches Prime's MKTG 495A practicum course.
